CagriSema menopause data show weight loss above 23 percent in every stage
A post hoc REDEFINE 1 analysis of 1,902 women finds mean weight loss of 23.1% to 26.7% at 68 weeks in every menopause stage and in hormone therapy users. The gaps between groups were never formally tested, and CagriSema stays filed.

CagriSema type 2 diabetes meta analysis finds a weight edge over semaglutide but little extra HbA1c gain
A Bayesian review of six randomised trials finds CagriSema lowers HbA1c and weight far more than placebo. Against semaglutide alone it adds about 5.8 points of weight loss but an uncertain 0.2 points of HbA1c.

Two post hoc analyses presented at The Menopause Society meeting break down the phase 3 results by sex and by inferred menopause stage. The numbers are large, the caveats are larger, and the molecule stays filed.
